THE TEACHER

Xavier Beaubois learnt his first rhythm watching the locals jam on the sands of Lake Malawi in Africa almost 20 years ago. He carved his first drum in a mud brick hut in Central America, guided by a Guatemalan Shaman. He has traveled the world, always with a drum under his arm, learning new rhythms wherever he goes. He now lives and breathes drumming, starring as 'Bongo' in the brilliant kids show, The Amazing Drumming Monkeys'.
